Everything you wanted to know, and probably some stuff you would never have thought about. Mat Miller over at ZDnet blogs literally shows off every feature of the G1, in one of the most thorough device reviews I’ve ever seen

Out of the box first thoughts: I spent a couple of hours with the device in New York at the launch event so I wasn’t really surprised by the hardware of the G1. However, without the security tether attached to the device I was able to get a better feel for the device in your hand and overall construction quality.
