Zune Marketplace: Three Free Weekly
Posted by: Heather on Oct 27 2008 - 22 views
The Zune Marketplace brings us a trio of R&B music for this week’s “Three Free Weekly”. Actually, all three songs are from the same artist, Raphael Saadiq. The music comes from his new album, The Way I See It. I’m not familiar with this musician, but that’s one of the great things about this program from MS. You can try out new music with no cost to you. Its a great way to explore, and broaden your horizons. I know I am going to be sad when the program ends on Nov.4
Free tunes: 100 Yard Dash, Keep Marchin’, and Never Give You Up
The only requirement for the free music is that you download and install the free Zune software. Enjoy!!!

Zune MarketPlace: Three Free Weekly
Posted by: Heather on Oct 07 2008 - 20 viewsThis week the Zune Marketplace takes us back to the worlds of Jazz and Latin music. Herbie Hancock represents the world of Jazz. I feel like I owe Herbie Hancock an apology. For those who have seen “Tommy Boy” with Chris Farley and David Spade, its one of my favorite movies, you know that Tommy uses Herbie Hancock instead of the John Hancock, who signed the Declaration of Independence. So, of course, anytime I hear Herbie Hancock, I think of that movie and chuckle instead of thinking of Jazz. Sorry Herbie. Back to the music. Here are the freebies for the week:
Watermelon Man by Herbie Hancock; Agualine by Marc Anthony; Amores Como El Tuyo by Toby Love
The only requirement for the free music is that you download, and use the Zune software. The Zune free music program is ending soon, so grab ‘em while you can.

Weekend Deal From ScottEVest!
Posted by: Peter Murphy on Sep 27 2008 - 10 views
We all love a bargain right, well this weekend deal from ScottEVest, is a real treat, especially with free “ground shipping” in the US. I’m assuming ground shipping refers to regular snail mail services, and not that some lackey, drags your purchase to your front door and deposits it there.
Now that it’s autumn, you’ll be wanting some warmer clothing, and the discounted Explorer Jacket which is Normally $150, discounted to $100 for this offer may be for you. The jacket features a whole heap of tech savvy inclusions to compliment your device usage while on the go. Why would I bother typing this and sounding like some sort of PR guy when I can get my friend, Scott to tell you about the jacket himself!
More details on the deal at Scott’s Blog

Zune Marketplace: Three Free Weekly
Posted by: Heather on Sep 25 2008 - 12 viewsThe Zune Marketplace has made me happy once again by picking two of my favorite artists: Beyonce and Justin Timberlake. Beyonce’s song Irreplaceable is one that everyone should own. Its the perfect angry break-up song. What is a better message than “I can find someone better than you in a minute.” The song is obviously sung from a female point of view, but guys can just reverse the genders around in the song no problem. The message speaks to all.
Irreplaceableby Beyonce; Hey Baby (Jump Off)by Bow Wow/Omarion; Until The End of Timeby Justin Timberlake
The only requirement for the free songs, is that you downloadand install the Zune software, which is free. I have some sad news about the Three Free Weekly. The program will be ending on Nov. 4. There are only six weeks left, so hurry and download the music now.
