RIM Launches Dual-mode BlackBerry 8820

Research In Motion Ltd. announced the new BlackBerry 8820, the first dual-mode BlackBerry to provide wireless voice and data access over both cellular and Wi-Fi wireless networks.

The 8820 features a full QWERTY keyboard, a large 320 x 240 display and a trackball navigation system. The 8820 includes a built-in GPS, a media player and an expandable memory slot for microSD cards up to 32GB.

Till now Dash is available exclusively at TMobile but Amazon is now started offering it, that too at a cool price of $49.99 after rebates. We read here that Dash is going to get WM6 (whatever MS folks are naming it) in near future.
