Caltech and UCLA researchers build a memory cell 100 times more dense than today’s memory.

Slim, sexy Airis N004X DAP, a player with style, but not the me-too feel.
Posted by: PocketBrain on Jan 24 2007 - 287 viewsFrance. We are from France.
The new Airis N004X Digital Audio Player is a flash-based player, which comes in 1GB and 2GB capacities, sports a 1.5" 128×128 px color screen. It has an FM tuner, supports MP3 and video playback, and even has a user-replaceable (imagine that!) battery. Oh yeah, and no wheel.. It’s quite a smart-looking little gadget, .5" thick, with some distinctive, dare I say executive, silver-and-black styling, and for prices of $89 and $102, it’s a steal. But ya gotta go to France to get it for now. Let’s hope they export to our shores.
