Pointstreak Announces K-ForCE 2.0, Now With iPad Support

Not long ago, I had a chance to check out the fantastic baseball scorecard and stats app, K-ForCE from Pointstreak.  This is a fantastic option, which allows you to use your iOS-based device not only to score baseball games, but also to maintain and share stats across your team or across your league.  Yesterday, Apple approved their latest version of this app, which should be arriving in the iTunes App Store this week.  So, what is new in version 2?  How does this sound?

  • Native iPad Support
  • Redesigned At Bat view includes on screen pitch by pitch stats updates
  • Popup At Bat view allows scoring directly from the main scoresheet view
  • Friendlier Play By Play
  • 32 page/6 page PDF reports
  • Not to mention overall stability fixes

Best of all, the new version is a universal app, which means users of the iPhone or iPod Touch version can upgrade to the iPad version for free.  Check out the iTunes App Store for K-ForCE version 2.0.
