DroppeddBoxx for Windows Mobile – A New Dropbox Client

My affinity for Dropbox is huge, and I was ecstatic when CloudFiles, the first Dropbox client for Windows mobile, appeared.  Not long after, DK Development began open beta testing of DroppeddBoxx via the forums at XDA-Developers.

Upon turning version 1.0, DroppedBoxx has lost the beta and free status.  It’s now available for download via the Windows Mobile Marketplace.  The one catch with it’s WM Marketplace release is that while it was submitted to the United States and Australia locales, it’s only live on the latter.  That means if you are residing in the US, but want to purchase DroppeddBoxx, you’re going to need to first set your locale to Australia (English) (the selector is at the bottom right corner of the site).  Supposedly if you do this, purchase DroppeddBoxx and then return to the US site, you can still download the program and updates.  Let us know if you find out differently, as I haven’t tried it yet.  Here‘s the link to find it in the Australian locale.  Note that it will provide an error if your locale is still set to US.

The full version is available for $1.99 and looks to provide some very interesting features, including one – way and two – way syncing of files on your handheld with those stored in the Dropbox’s servers.  Here’s the full writeup:
