It looks like Microsoft finally has something to get excited about on their mobile front, with another video straight from the developers mouth.  This one goes into the apps side of the new OS a little more than others I have seen.

One thing I hope to see with the new OS, is for phone makers to start upping the storage and RAM a lot.  I see no reason why we shouldn’t see iPod size storage (with removable Micro SD of course) and 1 GHz processor has to be at the lowest specs in my opinion.  I really think Microsoft has the ability to seriously blow the competitors out of the water with this one.

I for one still need to see more to make sure this can be an OS for me.  That will depend a lot on which manufacturers pick this up first to make sure it is a solid physical device.  Also, who will increase specs to give what they really need to (in my opinion) be dishing out, which is all the fun of the iPhone with all the (and more) productivity of Windows Mobile.
