Panoramic Software has recently released moTweets 1.0.1 to the JAMM Store.  moTweets, a Twitter client developed for the Windows Mobile Professional platform, provides support for multiple user accounts, the ability to take pictures using your phone’s camera and upload them directly, complete with GPS tags and a finger friendly user interface.

A free trial is available for download here.  You can also register the full version for $3.49 through September 30, when the price returns to $3.99.
