SPB Keyboard Update 4.1.1 released

I’ve said before “I’m an SPB software fan”, so any news of an update to a SPB application is a joy to me. I got news today that the best finger friendly SIP I’ve ever used has gained an update.

When I reviewed this SIP last year I was so impressed that I actually compared it to the iPhone SIP, and this update brings no change to  this keyboard, except that it’s smoother and better. Producing this kind of SIP for devices with predominantly resistive touch screens at the moment is a feat that almost defy’s the hardware limitations. If you are still using a device without a hardware keyboard you might want to check this out, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!

Peter, have you ever tried cootek's TouchPal keyboard. Of all I have tried, it is the best finger-friendly one. There is a learning curve that has it take about 2 days to get used to it. But, man, once you do…is it fast!

I have tried Touchpal, Zoomboard, Teksoft fingertouch 1& 2,Resco keyboard, speedscript and a few others as well. For finger friendly I found the latest SPB 4 gave a comparable experience to the iPhone keyboard, more so than any other WinMo sip, go figure, that's just my preference. Although that was on the Axim, now that I have the Tilt with hardware keyboard :)
