Zune 30 Case – SOLVED!!!

The culprit was not a spy or someone disguised as a ghost, but a driver.  To be specific, the guilty party is an internal clock driver that controls how the Zune handles leap year.  The reason that only the Zune 30 was involved is that the driver effects a specific part that is ONLY in the Zune 30.  The fix is easiest fix ever.  Just let the battery drain down, and wait until after noon (GMT time) on Jan. 1 to re-charge and turn your Zune on.  For more details, check out Zune Insideror MS main Zune site:  Zune.com.
