Press Release: Sony Tempting Us Just in Time for the Holidays

While everyone is busy making their lists and dreaming of what Santa will leave under the tree, Sony releases five new products to add to our thoughts.  All five products are audio accessories that make travel, sports, and home life all the better.  Let’s dive right into Sony’s goodie bag:

1 - Noise canceling headphones (MDR-NC7) - These are an upgrade to their current model with reduction 87.4% of ambient noise.  If you spend a lot of time on an airplane, these are a must have gadget.  They are available in black or white for $50

2 - Travel speakers (SRS-M50) - Available in pink, white, and black for $50

3 - Universal remote control (RM-VL610) - Has the ability to control up to 8 AV units.  The remotes are geared for style, as well as function, with colors to match your decor:  Crimson Red, Sky Blue, Pearl, and many others.  Remotes are available for $30.

4 - Wireless sports headphones (DR-BT160AS) - You can listen music, and also connect the headphones to your phone.  There is a small microphone built in.  Stereo bluetooth, water-resistant, and around the back of the head design round out the features for this device.  Available for $130.

5 - Style earbuds (MDR-EX36V EX) - In line volume control, 3 sizes of silicone earbuds, and colorful metallic accents in silver, red, blue, or pink are all included for $30.

SONY LAUNCHES BLUETOOTH SPORTS HEADPHONES, SLEEK TRAVEL SPEAKERS
AND OTHER ACCESSORIES

SAN DIEGO, Nov. 18, 2008 - Just in time for the holidays, Sony
today is unveiling five new audio accessories that offer versatility,
personalization and freedom from wires.  With Bluetooth(R) technology,
compact styles and sleek designs, these accessories are fashionable
and functional.

For travelers, new noise canceling headphones (model MDR-NC7)
offer an upgraded version of Sony’s most popular model, and
the travel speakers (model SRS-M50) let you take your music
wherever you go.

For the color conscious, a new universal remote control (model
RM-VL610) comes with three swappable back plates in bright
or neutral colors, which will help you personalize your décor
down to the last detail.  Meanwhile, the new EX Style earbuds
(model MDR-EX36V) are a custom upgrade in style and sound to
any digital music player.

For the fitness fanatic, the new Stereo Bluetooth(R) sports headphones
(model DR-BT160AS), available now, get the wires out of the
way so you can focus on beating your best time.

Peace and Quiet
Travelers, commuters, and anyone who wants to reduce outside
ambient noise without breaking the bank will appreciate Sony’s
MDR-NC7 noise canceling headphones.  With high audio quality,
noise cancellation, comfort, and a stylish design - these headphones
have it all.  The new model is an updated version of the industry
leading noise canceling headphones by Sony (model MDR-NC6),
offering improved style and noise reduction.  With improved
noise canceling technology, these headphones reduce approximately

 Sony is introducing the SRS-M50 speakers, which are perfect
