Engadget Gets Their Grubby Paws All Over The New iPod Touch 2G

image

It seems like only moments ago that Thomas told you about the new second generation iPod Touch, and already Engadget has gotten their grubby mitts on one.  As if it was not bad enough to see that many of my complaints of the original iPod Touch are addressed with this one (ie: external volume controls and a speaker), Engadget is now just pouring salt in my wounds by telling us how amazing this one really is.  Heck, Engadget was even impressed with the Wi-fi radio.  And they also note how thin the new iPod Touch is.  Thinner than the original iPod Touch?  Impressive.

Click through to Engadget for a full photo gallery of images, just like the one above.

[Update: Slashgear just posted a ton of new pictures, as well as a full video unboxing.  And Gizmodo has also posted an initial impressions review of their own.]
