Pocket Player updated to 3.7

My favourite music player on the Windows Mobile platform has gotten better! Conduits say they’ve spent their time optimizing the engine and making everything purr faster and sweeter than ever (ok, my words, not theirs). One of my favourite features of Pocket Player is its Media Library, so it’s great to see it get faster, as well as recognize more gestures.

There’s also a new lyrics plugin that recognizes lyrics tags in your music and improved UPnP support (can’t comment much on this, as I’ve never used it).  Finally, they’ve improved Bluetooth support and integrated their AVRCP plugin into the core of the program. So you can now listen with more wireless products and can map more functions to your headset’s controls. Not bad for a dot upgrade!

The full release can be seen here, or downloaded here (sorry, no .cab file on their site).
