Resco Keyboard: Now With Skins, Skins, and More Skins

resco keyboard gesta skinOne of the first things I learned when I started using Windows Mobile devices was that the built in soft input panel or SIP, was functional…but not much more.  It is really pretty bare bones, offering nothing more than the basic functionality.  Within  month, I had purchased Resco Keyboard and never looked back.

Not only is Resco keyboard more functional, but it looks fantastic.  The problem was, however, that as my device got more and more customizable, Resco keyboard offered only a few additional skins.  Well, all of that is about to change.

Last Spring, Resco held a contest, in which they challenged users to develop their own skins for Resco Keyboard.  In all, they received 52 fantastic entries.  Resco has now packaged these skins along with eight of their own to offer a whopping 60 skins in the latest version of Resco Keyboard.

Check out the new version in either cab or desktop installer.  And you can see all of the new skins, here, including SPMWinkel’s Gesta skin, above.

May look pretty, but the built in calculator still doesn’t work properly.
