Vito AstroNavigator II Discount

For all of you avid star gazers out there, or for all of you that are vaguely interested in astronomy, did you know that there is a total solar eclipse due on the First of August? You all know you shouldn’t look directly at a solar eclipse, it can damage your vision, unfortunately this great natural event can only be viewed in certain parts of the world.

The total Solar Eclipse takes place on the 1st of August 2008. It will be visible from a narrow corridor through northern Canada (Nunavut), northern part of Russia, western Mongolia, and China. You are far from those places but you still want to watch it? AstroNavigator II by VITO Technology gives you an opportunity to gaze at the Eclipse right on your PocketPC.

Vito are offering 30% off AstroNavigator II from the 29th of July to the 2nd of August, this means it’ll set you back $13.95 and you can download it here, not too shabby, so get in while you can and start searching the skies!

Great app.

Should be great once the clouds clear and I get the telescope out again.
