iStanford?

A quick look at Stanford’s fall course list offers a bit more proof that the iPhone is the next great computing platform.
The course “iPhone Application Programming” is innocently titled enough but then again, when was the last time you heard of a university offering a course entitled “Treo Application Programming” or “Programming For WM 101″??? To me it is further confirmation that everything we have seen in the past year is just the beginning!
According to the school catalog the course is being taught by Paul Marcos. Paul, a long time Apple employee and seasoned programmer, worked on the OS X Mail app and was on the team for both the first and second generation iPhones.
With developers still under an Apple NDA it will be interesting to see what Paul is and isn’t allowed to share- although in light of Apple’s tight control we’ll never know that latter part, will we?
