Agendus likes different fruit!
Iambic’s Agendus has been around for a while on Windows Mobile, it does something for BlackBerry and it’s intended business users, that is desperately wanted.
I primarily mean the idea of connecting calendar and contacts, something that for some reason is missing in pre-installed apps on virtually all smartphone platforms.
From a post over at intomobile today, via MobilityToday, we find some new BlackBerry love in Beta form for Agendus.
We’ve reviewed and kept an eye on Agendus for a while, and the Idea of them going cross platform is great.
If you have a BlackBerry and want to try this out you can download the Beta HERE
Update: I couldn’t get the link to open for the Beta, if it works for you let me know in the comments!
Otherwise I’m just selling rotten fruit!

I have used Agendus since the beginning with Palm OS. I now use Agendus for Windows Mobile Pro. It’s not as polished as the PalmOS version, but it’s getting there. Unfortunately, the last update introduced a little bug which is very annoying. Iambic hasn’t done anything about it for about 3 months. Looks like they’ve been busy elswhere, like the Blackberry version, to address issues with Agendus WM. As for the Blackberry version, my company does not pay for or allow third party applications on the company issued Blackberry. It does seem like something I’d like to try out.

Peter, thank you for this great post about Agendus for BlackBerry — quickie about where to download the latest beta version, since I understand you had some difficulty.
Best way is to get to the Agendus BB Beta forum at:
http://support.iambic.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=150
and look for a sticky post titled “Agendus for BlackBerry Beta Build …” which contains the latest beta available (at the time of this writing 110).
