Contest: Illuminate Ilium
Howdy there readers! How do you guys (and gals) like the new JAMM? Well, we are ready to kick off the week with our friends at Ilium. The loot consists of a mobile software title of the winner’s choice from Ilium (excluding any collections).
So, the question of the week….which title that Ilium makes illuminates your daily mobile life and how does it make your day shine? Whether it’s taking a NewsBreak or using lists made with List Pro, let us know!
Answer the question in a post for one entry. If you would like to get a second entry, go test drive one of the products and email me (tjchan[AT]justanothermobilemonday.com) a screenshot of you using the product. Just remember to remove the [AT] from my address and to remove the paranthesis.
Contest will close on Wednesday, July 16, 2008 @ 11:59pm CST.

Listpro makes my day shine, I always have lists of things to do, buy, etc Listpro is really the perfect program for that, especially since it has an excellent desktop version too

I already use Newsbreak and ListPro – in fact I found out about this contest via Newsbreak, it keeps me up to date on all of my RSS feeds.
eWallet is next on my shopping list!

I use NewsBreak regularly. How does it make my day shine? Well, it’s a great application for keeping the constellation of blogs/RSS feeds I track in a nice and tidy list for quick and easy referral on the road. It looks just great on my HTC Advantage in landscape layout.

I use Newsbreak almost everyday. It makes my time on the train go buy much faster. It is a great way for keeping track of all the different blogs/RSS feeds that I want to keep up with.

The best thing I use is eWallet, couldn’t keep track of all my passwords and vital numbers without it. Works great with the desktop version, too.
I also have NewsBreak which is the best news reader I have found for getting podcasts on to my Axim.
I also have ListPro, KeepTrack, and Dockware, but I haven’t had a chance to use them much; I just need time to tinker with them for a while so I can figure out what to do with them! So, I’m not really in the contest, but a happy customer!

eWallet for me.
The inbuilt password generator is great for signing up to websites that won’t be used frequently. Not only is it more secure, and I don’t have to entrust my password to everyone, but now I always know what password I used on what forum/blog/website/etc.
Having bought software from a range of places, eWallet also makes a great place to keep all the keys together — I don’t have to search through old inboxes and things just to find a registration key.
Very useful!

* Not a contest entry *
So this basically is a contest for people who already own Ilium products?
I use NewsBreak all the time, I’ve put the amount of unread items as a small indicator inside my BatteryStatus today plugin and Newsbreak updates every hour.
I use Listpro for my books, dvd’s, software registration info and packing list when traveling, but obviously I don’t need that hourly like Newsbreak.

Spmwinkel…hmm…didn’t think of it that way. I’ll rephrase…what would you do with Ilium products? If you don’t own one, how would you want to use an Illium product to make your life easier?

In my PalmOS days, I used to use an app called Top Secret. It seems to be similar to ewallet. I think I would give it a try. It would definitely help me out so I wouldn’t have to fire up my old Treo to access some passwords.
