I remember when I damaged my iPod earbuds while opening the package, I took them to an Apple store and told them I damaged them and would like to buy more, they just gave me another set - without even seeing the damaged ones!</description>

Logitech has INCREDIBLE customer support. They've replaced two of my mice that have died. I loved my old mice, but they kept dying, so I opted for a wired one and they gave it to me with no hassle.</description>
