The memory on the Mogul is pitiful. I think it is embarrasing how little memory goes into these devices, and how poorly it is utiized. So, we'll see. We tried, but the architecture doesn't allow for an upgrade. We'll see if the new ROM fixes that (I am holding out for the official version). Otherwise, we'll see. The actual upgrade for the Mogul is the Raphael. But I am really not loving the sliding keyboard design. The slides are just not well constructed. I was shattered after I read Mitchell's review. Now I don't know what to get to replace my Mogul. :( I looked pretty hard at the Instinct, but it can't do PIM syncing which I would need.
