Ringo Gets More Jingle!

A couple of months ago, I reviewed an excellent program called Ringo. For those of you who have never heard of this superb program, let me tell you a little about it. Ringo allows you to use any MP3 file as a ringtone! Cool eh? Yep, that means you can have the Imperial March playing or R2D2 tooting away when your friends call. But that’s only the beginning, as you can set up rings for each person or even groups. Ringo already came with a large number of ringtones, but now it even comes with more with a mix of Classical, Country, Funky, Rock, Salsa and Ragtime.
Versions of Ringo are available for users of BlackBerry, Windows Mobile and Palm OS/Access smartphones. Ringo gives smartphone users an attractive and easy-to-use interface for playing their own MP3 music as ringtones and message tones on their phone, as well as making personal and group call tones easy to set up and maintain. Give Ringo a try today and spice up your mobile life!

I just got a Centro, and this sounds awesome!!! Since I can’t download tunes from Verizon anymore, I was looking for a way to not be stuck with the boring ringtones.

Ringo is awesome. Used it on my Treo and now on my 8525. It nice to assign ringtones to groups and people. That way, you can tell who it is just by listening. Hmm.. audible caller id… what a concept!
