Over the Top
So you’ve got a 2 Gb iPod Shuffle, and you want to protect it?
Blinging them up won’t help, you really need protection from the elements, and any slobbering fool that may drool on your custom shuffle. I’ve not quite caught on to the diamonte and gold emblazoned trend, for gadgets, actually it seems tacky. I suppose if you are going to shell out for a bit of kitsch like this you might want to give it some protection, and make it a bit more useable… in the bathtub!!
The H2O Waterproof Case might be for you. The case itself is designed to be completely waterproof up to a depth of 3 metres/10 feet, and can be used when swimming with waterproof headphones. There’s an arm band, and a waist belt holder too. Now you might not want this for swimming, but how about snow and rain, feel secure that you’re not going to get your precious wet through.
Manufacturers Description
The H2OAudio iPod case is a waterproof housing for the iPod Shuffle 2G. It protects your iPod up to depths of 10ft/3m (when paired with H2O Audio Waterproof Headphones) allowing you to hear your music underwater. The Commander Scroll Wheel allows function of the iPod control pad in the water or while wearing a glove and the LatchTight locking system ensures that no water enters the casing and damages your iPod.
I do find myself wanting one of these, if only for the novelty value. The H2O Case is available for £29.99 from iWorld .
