CooTek Touchpal 3.0 available now!

Another big contender in the SIP arena is Touchpal, a finger-friendly input system with a smart T9-like word suggestion feature. The newest version looks to really have taken things up a notch, and it looks bloody amazing! The coolest things I saw are the new skin support, layout change gestures, and even smarter next-word suggestion boxes. They say you can type "look" and the program might suggest "forward to" for your next words.

The program is especially interesting because there’s a freeware and a pay version. MyTodayScreen reports prices are $19.99 for the paid and a one-time free upgrade from V2.0 if you’re already an owner. The freeware version is more limited in terms of customizability, but there’s no trial limit — it is completely free for personal use!

So if you haven’t already done so, I’d suggest you go here and (can you guess what I’ll say next?) give it a whirl!.

This is by far the best software keyboard out there for pocket pc’s. I’ve been using it ever since the previous version and it rocks!

It normally retails for $19.99 but it’s going on for $12.98 right now. Not sure for how long though.
