Quick Look – JAVOedge Micro Swipes. Life Infiltrators.

So what are the JAVOedge Micro Swipes? Well, for those new to the party Micro is another word for saying small. But something tells me that isn’t what JAVOedge had in mind when they named these tiny little "swipes". Nope… pretty sure that wasn’t it. In this case Micro is short for Microfiber (Microfibre for you Canadians).
So what is Microfiber you ask? Answer: I don’t have a clue. Soft cloth … that’s about as in depth as I can go. But I came across this little tidbit a while ago from the Sansa Community:
The density of polyester fibers used in fabrics are measured in deniers, the lower the denier the finer the threads used to make the fabric. This is similar to thread count, which measures cotton fabric density. What is the ultimate benefit of microfiber? Well, because of its ultra-fineness it is often used in polishing and cleaning glass products because it wipes away clean, without the residue that paper towels and even terrycloth linens can leave behind.
Did that sum it all for you? If not hit the break and lets take a bit longer look at the JAVOedge Micro Swipes.

Here’s the JAVOedge microfiber in all its dark glory. Now I’d be willing to bet you’re used to seeing microfiber come in somewhat larger sections. Many manufacturers – Apple and Asus come to mind – are starting ship microfiber cloths with a lot of their products. For example if you’re purchased an iPhone or an iPod Touch you probably got a microfiber cloth in the package.

So, if you already got a microfiber cloth in the package, why the heck would you want one from JAVOedge? Size and convenience. That’s really what it boils down to and what I found to be the biggest redeeming qualities of the JAVOedge Micro Swipes. I received the same microfiber cloth as you got with your iPhone. I got another one with my MacBook. I somehow got another one from Asus, even though I don’t have an Asus device… but they have all managed to remain in the original packaging they came in.
The JAVOedge Micro Swipes however haven’t remained in their original packaging. As a matter of fact they’ve managed to infiltrate my life. I’ve got one at work, one in my car, one by my iPhone charger and one on the table in my hallway. Why? Because I can. And because I’d much rather wipe off the screen of my 8525, Nano, MacBook or iPhone with a microfiber cloth than I would with something a scratchy as my typical work shirt.
The JAVOedge Micro Swipes are truly a great little product that you end up coming to love – even though you had no idea you needed them. I definitely didn’t realize how many times a day I was wiping my device off with a T-shirt. Anyway, there’s out quick look at the JAVOedge Micro Swipes… better known to me as the Life Infiltrators.
The JAVOedge Micro Swipes come in a pack of four – and can be picked up directly from JAVOedge for the super low price of $5.95
*JAVOedge sent these to me to try out. While I did receive them for no cost – I 100% stand behind how good these little swipes are and would never give a product the thumbs up if I didn’t think it deserved it.

Cool! I do sometimes wonder, though, about dust getting trapped in the cloth itself. I get scared I’ll then be scratching dust right onto the screen when I think I’m cleaning it.
