Shift into gear, America!


imageRejoice tech lovers! Quiver in fear, leather wallets! The HTC Shift is (t)here in America!

The ol’ HTC PR Team just sent JAMM an e-mail stating availability from the HTC Website and some sort of online book store called Amazon.com. Weird. How do you buy electronics from a bookstore?

In any case, this thing can definitely handle more than a Kindle with its weird choice of Vista and a gimped Windows Mobile 6. Here’s a BGR Review of the device if you’d like a quick peek.

So head on over and grab your Origami mobile computing experience with a dash of WM for $1499.

 

Oh, I get what they did there. It’s really $1500 but they just subtracted one dollar. Cleeever! :D
