Vito Technology, AstroNavigator Update.
We here at JAMM have been following, the progress of Vito Technology closely, and are glad to let you know about anything new these guys come up with. Now there’s a new version of AstroNavigator. If you’re a star gazer, astronomer or astrologist, Vito offer you a hand held Astro mapping solution, that makes you a little less one eyed about the night sky.
users will be pleasantly surprised at how fast new AstroNavigator works. The loading time has been sped up significantly, the search of stars, constellations, towns is realised much quicker. The information about a star, constellation or planet can be seen in a separate window, where the animated image of the chosen object is provided together with the astronomical data. This prevents the main window from cluttering with info.
As with all Vito titles, they are in constant development, and AstroNavigator is no exception, it is available from iWindowsmobile for $19.95, and there’s a 50% off upgrade price for previous registered users.

Unfortunately, although this looks like a nice piece of work, VITO Technology seems to be in a state of disaster. I gave them my $19.95 two days ago…..got an “activation code” from them by email…..plugged it into the program and tried their online registrations system…..but got endless error messages that their server couldn’t find my purchase. Emails and Tech Support forms submitted to them are met with total silence. Meanwhile, the cheap 20-minuted “trial” period has expired and now I am left with a useless piece of software and out nearly $20. Then they indicated on their website that I needed to “Upgrade” to AstroNavigator 2.0 for $4.95; I paid them more money….and still got NOTHING! Now, I feel totaly duped!
My recommendation: NEVER, NEVER buy anything from VITO Technology. Your money goes into a black hole…..and you get nothing but a brief trial edition of their software. Shame, shame, shame!

foxpaw, before you can them, take into account time zones, server problems etc. Give them some time, and a bit of lee way!
Also I will bring this to their attention!

Dear faxpaw, if you could contact me via email (konstantin-at-vitotechnology-dot-com) I will make sure you get the correct activation key and all assitance you might need. There must have been some misunderstanding.
Please, don’t feel discouraged by this accidental bad exerience. VITO Technology does pay a lot of attention to customers’ satisfaction. That’s why I’m here. Look forward to hearing back from you.
