Pocket Informant Point Update, and more from WebIS.
The Web IS team are definitely not playing pocket billiards, they have their hands firmly above the desk and on the keyboard when it comes to Pocket Informant 8. Released in January, updated shortly thereafter, and now the start of March brings another update.
Even so, some issues were subsequently discovered. During the past two months, we have worked directly with participants in our forums and with issues reported through our support system. This feedback allowed us to capture, document, reproduce, and fix all significant issues reported during this very heavy public test cycle. The outstanding collaboration between our loyal clients and our development team allowed us to have a rapid development cycle for this release. We are excited to announce the release of Pocket Informant 8.02 and want to thank our clients for their continued input and support!
When Doug reviewed PI8, it had already gone 8.1, you just can’t keep up with these guys.
Along with this release, there’s more,

PI 7 was – I will wager – the best selling WinMob PIM App. It certainly became my favourite after trying 3 others.
When PI 8 came out it was just a little buggy. Those issues, however, were quickly put right and PI 8 has evolved rapidly to be clean, stable and easy to use…with some really advanced features if you care to delve into all that it can do.
