Hmmm, I would like to win some financial SW, like MasterSoft’s Money, or perhaps SPB Finance.

Some products for a wider variety of producers, like SBSH and SPB, and even some of the smaller companies.

It is pretty good, not too much that you are bombarded with contests, and not too little that you never notice that they happen regularly.
I would like Mastersoft’s Money, or Kakuro.

I’d like to see SBSH or SPB here at the JAMM Contest Factory,
I would like to win Mastersoft Money or Kakuro; Bug Me Note pad (Electric Pocket) looks interesting too!

(Wow, I’ve got the first 3 responses so far (maybe the first 4; I just got home, and read my feeds and saw this. I thought if I wait until tomorrow I won’t really look this over very well, so I might as well take care of it now!)……
Now I’m heading for bed!
Cheers!

1 .I’ve always wanted to give Lobster Tunes a try.
2. You already do an excellent job, but maybe some accessory companies could be brought into the mix: case companies or battery makers; we could buy more software if we dodged a bullet when a battery dies or a charger gets replaced. so for now i’d like to get some Fizzware for my new phone.
3. I personally think two a week would be a bit much to keep up on, but hey, we’ll do our part if you do yours. I ‘d like to see bigger contests further apart. For now, how about Audio Notes from Vito.
4. I’d like to see some heavy-hitters like PhatPad brought to the table. They have so many apps and most are pretty expensive, even for renewals. For now, how about some Sudoku from Mastersoft.
Thanx.

1) I’m in, too (bugme notepad)

2) I would also like to see accessory contests. How about gift certificates to your store. (mastersoft arcade classics)

3) 2 a week is about right boardering on one too many sometimes. Maybe one a week with one extra per month would be better. BUT, as I haven’t won yet, you should run one every day until I win. (bugme notepad — I love notepad software!)

4)I love SPB software! (bugme notepad, yea!)

In fact I’m only interested in the iWindowsMobile products at the moment, but I’ll just give all the feedback I’ve got.

I think two contests each week makes you guys (well the developers mostly, of course) VERY generous, without making it too much. Daily contests would be too much probably, keeping up with the GearDiary giveaways at the moment is already part of the daily routine but doing something like that as standard routine would be a bit too much perhaps.

As far as developers are concerned, SBSH seems to be advertising their software on stores like Mobihand all the time, perhaps they’d be interested in running contests as well. Spb on the other hand, did a large contest a while back but doesn’t do contests normally, I believe. It’d be cool for me to compare some Spb stuff with my SBSH apps on the long run though (past the trial limitations). I’d mainly like to see more game giveaways. I’m thinking Robo, Tilelander, PDAMill, perhaps Isotope 244 would like to become a regular, maybe MoreGames Entertainment. Astraware would be cool as well but besides the Broken Sword contest they haven’t been doing contest with any sites, as far as I know of. Anyway, my keyword would be Games!

Finally, as far as improvements go, I’d love to see the box in the sidebar return saying which contests are currently running. This makes it a lot easier for occasional people to find the contests without having to browse through pages, and also it makes it easier for people who entered to see when the contest will end.

Fizz Software’s Fizz Monitor would be a perfect addition to my Mogul. Currently, I do the Windows>Settings>System>Power routine every time I want to check the battery level.

I suggest having a Grand Prize (either quaterly, semi-anually, or at the end of the year). Each winner of a single contest will automatically be entered into the grand prize drawing, and for every $20.00 (or wahtever amount you think)someone spends in the store they get another entry. Then for the grand prize drawing, you could have a cool prize like a device to run the software, and you could even have a 1st runner up prize like a memory card or bluetooth headset or something. (I know, it’s hardware, but I can’t think of any software based grand prizes except for, like, a complete catolog of, for instance, Illium’s software)
The best bet, and an example, would be 1st quarter give away a grand prize of a Symbian based device, 2nd quarter a Palm device, 3rd quarter a Windows Mobile Device, 4th quarter, a Windows Smartphone device. I think that would really drive traffic to your site and to your store, and increase awareness of new software titles. What do you think?
If this post is chosen as a winner, please provide the Mastersoft’s Casino game which I would really love.

You know, if you really had the time, I wouldn’t mind if you ran a contest every day. But I realize how time consuming that would be. I think even 2 a week would be a little hectic, but it’s still nice. Judie and the folks at Gear Diary did have a great idea to do the Month of giveaways, I’ve seen posts come from the woodworks on that one. But hey, if you want that kind of attention, you gotta copy that model. How about making March another month of giveaways!
From iWindowsmobile, I would be patient enough to wait for a copy of Audio Notes whenever it is released.

If I owned my own software development company, I would want to be included in the JAMM contest factory. However, my lack of programming skills and non-existent network of programmers prevents me from doing so. In the hopes that one day my dream will be reality, I would like to give props to the “little guys” and ask that they be included.

If there are any software developers reading this right now, and would like to hear some of my ideas, feel free to contact me.

Electric Pocket’s Ringo would be appreciated.

I’d love to win FizzSoftware’s Traveller 3.
I think the Contest Factory is already great, but I must admit having to register might deter a few lazy soles from entering. My second prize choice would be Electric Pocket’s BugMe!
A 2 contest a week is certainly NOT too much for me! Keep ‘em coming! My third choice would be Vito’s GoodWin.
And, finally, my choice for developer who should join this great group: Resco. I’d love Audio Recorder.
Thank, JAMM-guys (and gals?).

1) Would like to try iWindowsmobile (Vito) SMS Chat
2) JAMM’s doing a good job already. I guess software developers & JAMM sponsoring these contests in view of increasing exposure. Be good to have forum-type or threaded-type discuss / review of those products. Good way to highlight streghts of those applications
3) 1-2 per week is enough. Still after iWindowsmobile (Vito) softwawre such as SMS Chat
4) Would love to see SHAPE Services with their IM+ Messenger program on JAMM
