Palm Takes a Dig at RIM
Their satisfaction ratings may be going down faster than a sinking ship, but at least they have a sense of humor. Palm took advantage of the latest Blackberry outage to gloat, er, promote their direct relationship with Microsoft Exchange servers that means if your company’s service goes on the blink, it’s your own darn fault. "No middleware," they say. I don’t know exactly how far that is true, but you’ve got to love their diagram.
Hey, Palm? You’re funny and all, but remember what they say about people who live in glass houses.

It would so suck to live in a glass house. You couldn’t even change at home and I’d bet it would be really cold.
Bah, glass houses! What a silly notion!
P.S. Palm, please get your software act together.
