Now That Didn’t Take Long… Remote Disk Access Coming To All Macs Running Leopard


MacScoop is reporting that the second major update to OS X Leopard is due in the very near future. The striking line in the report was this–

“…the update is bringing some great new features such as the ability to share your optical drive with other computers”.

That sounds kinda like the MacBook Air’s cutting edge Remote Disk software… No, it sounds exactly like it.

The Apple website introduces the Remote Disk with the words “Ahead Of The Curve”. Apparently it wasn’t all that steep a curve!

The MBA isn’t even out yet and its uniqueness is making its way to every other mac product. What’s next?? Multi-Touch on the MacBook Pro??
