Google Maps on the Amazon Kindle ebook reader?  Minesweeper and a picture viewer as well?  Gizmodo has a report up that suggests:

Now that you have one, it’s time to exploit the crap out of it.

And it looks like there are several hidden features on the Kindle, as seen in the photo above – with Google Maps displaying on that lovely black and white screen.

I still much prefer curling up with a good, old-fashioned book – but if you’ve got a Kindle, or have one on the way, looks like you can have a bit more fun with it …
