SBSH weaves an update to PhoneWeaver
Things have been hopping over at SBSH, as today they have updated PhoneWeaver to version 1.17. PhoneWeaver is a phone management application designed to help users control their phones using profiles in a more intuitive way. Users can set up profiles that are activated manually or automatically based on the time, appointments or even phone state. Each customized smart profile can fully control the state of phone radio, Wi-Fi, push mail, Bluetooth, ringer, vibrate state and more.
New features/improvements include:
Additionally users can take advantage of profile-based repeating alarms, a revamped profile configuration screen, control support for missed call and reminder sounds and more. For more information about the PhoneWeaver 1.17 update, click here.
PhoneWeaver 1.17 can be purchased at the JAMM Store for $9.99 until Dec 18, so hurry in and get yours!

Hmm SolSie also recently posted about this news, and I already commented on that, but now that this post says “as today they have updated”. Both the Version history and the release topic state that the update was released on November 14th! A bit weird, isn’t it?
Did SBSH forget to send out press releases, and only did that very recently?

Hi Stefan-
Perhaps this is getting noticed today since SBSH just sent out their monthly newsletter yesterday, with the new iLauncher information and the PhoneWeaver announcement on the bottom of the same page?

Yeah, I do not recall seeing a press release on this last November. The newsletter today was the first time I saw it. I didn’t realize how old it is. But then again, I probably would still have suggested posting it unless we had posted it back then.

Sounds like a good explanation, I was already thinking I missed some update! 1.17 already was a release without any beta testing prior to it (well only a selected few got personal test versions) and I wouldn’t like SBSH to release updates without even letter us know through their forums.
Oh Doug – I’ve got to report an issue by the way. Very often when I click a link on the JAMM Comments RSS feed, I’m taken to a totally different post, very weird! When I clicked your comment in the RSS feed I got taken to a post from March 2007

Thanks. SPM. That is actually a known (and admittedly frustrating) issue. Be assured that we have our finest people working on it.
