SPB Software House, Can’t Read Your Mind!

spbsurvey2007 A silly statement I know, but I guess that’s why they’re hosting their fourth annual survey. You might think yawn, why would I want to waste my time doing something like that? Well, to have a say, and to help shape future development of software at SPB. Survey’s like this one help developers build up an image of what mobile device users do with their devices and tailor their software focus. Earlier this month Lauren (weiganla) told us about PhatNotes for Outlook, which was obviously prompted by a survey at Phatware in mid October. How good is that?

Spb Software House, a leading Windows Mobile software maker, launches its fourth annual Spb Windows Mobile Survey. This year, the Spb Survey will not only address Pocket PC, but also Smartphone users. The Survey covers a range of usability topics, attempts to capture the general WM device user profiles, and aims to establish the “perfect software” recipe.

So get on over to SPB and take the Survey, and you might even get a nice surprise for your trouble. SPB are going to randomly select three participants to win a mobile device of their choice.

This year, three random respondents will receive just in time for Christmas “thank you” gifts from Spb. The company is giving away a high-end Windows Mobile device, accessories from JustMobile, as well as a $100-worth of Spb software.

It only took me about five minutes to complete, so what have you got to lose?

At the end of the survey, they ask which mobile device you’d like to win. But they don’t give any choices! I said that I\’d like to win an I-Mate Ultimate 7150. Here’s hoping :)

Oops – just noticed your “of their choice” line.

Makes it a bit weird to give YOU the choice then, doesn’t it? Maybe they base their prize on the “suggestions” received?

I’m pretty sure that the Idea is choose something and you’ll get it, with the device, that’s why there’s only 3. I wonder if I should have put Asus eee PC instead of the tilt? Decisions, decisions :)
