This convergence thing is really getting interesting as Samsung flips another phone onto the market through Verizon.

The most striking feature of this phone is the screen, that rotates 180 degrees to let you use the main display as your camera view finder. All be it a
3 megapixel camera, it still offers you that exclusive camera feel that makes you forget your holding a phone, unless it rings while you’re taking a shot to add to your portfolio! There’s a long list of features but the one interesting thing that made me go “what the” was a business card scanner. Question mark on that, now scanners are being developed to fit into phones.

The FlipShot is available today online at www.verizonwireless.com for $199.99 with a new two-year customer agreement.

Let the camera wars begin I say. Nokky’s doing it, Sammy’s responding, looks like Sonny’s walking away with their music. Anyone else think an interesting trend is starting?
