Seems that someone over at HP finally noticed that there was something screwy with the info getting to the public about their new 100 and 200 series handhelds. Such was their consternation that their worldwide public relations manager had to come out to play. So things were looking grim yesterday when I posted
On again Off again, HP iPAQ 210?, but clarification came today.

 the iPAQ 110 should be in stores soon, but “a supply issue discovered in the development of the recently announced HP iPAQ 200 products will cause the availability to be later than we had hoped in some regions of the world.”

It also seems that other dates displayed on the website were a gremlin in the online ordering system, which is programmed to always show a 2 day delivery date. Hopefully it’s all cleared up and we can patiently wait for the 210.
