Wow. And you thought that $200 iPhone price drop was hurtful. After roughly 3-4 years of vaporware jokes and only a few months of actual sales time (March ’07) the fine folks at FlipStart have announced a $500 price drop on the v1.0 model. Somehow I don’t think we’ll be seeing any “early adopter” rebates… On a plus side however you do get the choice of XP Pro or Vista Business for the same price!
