Pocketnow’s Exclusive Look At Pocket Informant 8
The other day, we told you about some exciting releases coming down the road from Pocket Informant. Well, all I can say is the proof is in the pudding. And those lucky dogs over at Pocketnow got themselves a heaping bowl of pudding. Brandon Miniman was given an exclusive first look at Pocket Information 8 for Smartphone. What did he think of it? Brandon says:
I’ve been using it on my BlackJack for two days, and so far I’m impressed. Pocket Informant for Smartphone in its current iteration isn’t very robust – it’s like PI “lite”. The new version has a feel closer to that of the Pocket PC version, which is far more powerful and customizable. In my test version, a good chunk of the functionality isn’t yet finished, so I cannot comment on the new features (such as roles and customizations).
His preview of the unfinished upcoming release includes a number of excellent screen shots. So click the link and head over to read the full preview.
