Congrats to Joe, but Brandon, I thought there would be 3 winners picked to attend Brain School?

Anyone know what the usual support turnaround is for Mastersoft? I haven\’t heard from them in a week…

Dom sometimes just missed things, it seems. Happened to me too. He was sincerely sorry for it, he truely does whatever he can.
If it’s a support question you might try the Mastersoft user forums? Or try sending your message to support again.

@spmwinkel-
The Mastersoft forums look dead (aside from a couple of posts about a week ago). Oh, and I\’m referring to an e-mail that I\’ve already re-sent – counting the original e-mail would be more than one week.

I believe Dom told me a few weeks ago that he was getting ready for a vacation. Not sure if those dates would have overlapped your email or not.
Typically, though, when he is in town he responds to emails and forum posts very quickly.

@Doug -
Thanks for the info. I’m hoping that that is the case because if support is not a top priority, then prospective customers would think twice about purchasing their products.

So, it turns out that my e-mails were getting flagged by Norton. After sending a third e-mail, I got a response back, and now I’m back in school!
