HTC Corp. the world’s leading provider of Microsoft Windows Mobile-based smart devices, today celebrated its 10th anniversary with the grand opening of its new global headquarters and R&D center. Many of HTC’s world-class partners and customers from around the world attended the festivities, which were hosted by Cher Wang, Chairperson of HTC and Peter Chou, CEO of HTC.
“When the Chinese say ’10′, it means perfection. After 10 years of innovation, HTC has earned the respect of its customers and partners alike. We will continue to expand the scope of collaboration with our partners to bring more innovative products to the market,” said Peter Chou, chief executive officer of HTC.
Chu Li-lun, the governor of Taoyuan County in Taiwan, made a special appearance at HTC’s 10th Anniversary Celebrations. “Since moving to Taoyuan County 10 years ago, HTC has flourished amid fierce global competition by creating a dynamic business environment that encourages innovation and entrepreneurship.
