I was unable to get the product to properly sync. Whenever I attempted to sync and PhatNotes was installed, the active sync crashed. PhatWare's suggested "solution" was to sync less data. Even though it only happened when PhatNotes was installed, they called it an active sync issue. Don’t buy the product. I was unable to get the product to properly sync.
