Looks like we may soon see some new and fresh-looking iPAQ models from HP. Modaco has a post up with some specs detail and these pics of the upcoming iPAQ 614c and iPAQ914c models.

The 614c includes a ‘virtual wheel’ instead of a traditional nav-pad, and the 914c is the one on the right with square screen and thumboard.

I think these look nicer than existing / previous iPAQ phone model efforts – a little slimmer, and the black suits them.  What do you think?  Will these models help get HP back amongst the leaders?
