The JAMM Family Just Keeps Growing
As many of you have noticed, we are making some real changes around here. First came the evolution of our site theme. As though it rose from some primordial biological soup, we have found ourselves face to face with the latest JAMM theme, blue, gray and white (and don’t get me started on the prehistoric red dinosaur theme).
Anyway, to go along with our latest evolution, we have also utilized some natural selection of our own and hired ourselves a few new writers. Keep reading to learn a little more about our new members.
Bryan Eley (Breley) will be handling primarily news posts here at JAMM. Those of you who frequent Aximsite might recognize him for his fantastic reviews over there. When he is not writing scathing reviews of the latest Pocket PC game (well, actually, I do not think I have ever seen him scathe), Bryan maintains a secret identity working in the PC multimedia/technology field for a small company with clients who are leaders in the PC industry. We are thrilled to have Bryan hanging out here at JAMM with us.
Our second addition to the staff is Lauren Weigand (weiganla). Lauren is a third year medical student, and I think when I invited her to be on the staff here at JAMM, she actually snorted her milk out her nose. Well, that may not be true because everyone knows that third year medical students don’t drink anything without caffeine in it. Although Lauren seemed a bit hesitant at first, she has already jumped in with both feet and posted some excellent articles. We are anxiously awaiting her first review next week.
So, welcome to Bryan and Lauren, who are already proving to be fantastic additions to the staff here. Both seem to have a writing style that fits into the environment here at JAMM perfectly, and I think all of you readers will truly enjoy their stories.
Finally, as many of you know, for some time now, I have been handling the contests here at JAMM. Well, that time has drawn to a close. A few weeks ago, we made the executive decision to pass that responsibility over to Brandon Steili, who is pretty much the only person who has been working at JAMM longer than me. As our new Contests Czar, he will be bringing you your (practically daily) doses of free stuff, so watch for his new and improved contests coming soon.
Once again, I hope you will all join me in welcoming Bryan and Lauren. And congratulations to Brandon, our new Contest Czar. We now return you to the primordial soup which you were previously enjoying.
