That Ain’t No Credit Card!

This is a usb flash memory storage device that’s 3.4mm thin. It requires no external power to function and works with usb 1.1 and 2.0, windows and Mac.

Above is a side view of the card. The actual usb drive folds out of the credit card shaped holder to plug into the usb outlet. See below:

This card holds 2 Gigs, and is available at Newegg for $18.99 plus shipping. The card requires no software. It’s simple plug and play.
Here’s a list of the features as listed on the PQI website:
-3.4mm Thin
-Mobile USB flash drive, USB 1.1/2.0 compatible
-Hot swappable, USB Plug & Play compatible
-LED access indicator with three modes: Busy, waiting, and off
- Support software for Data Security, PC Lock, My Favorite
I give it a thumbs up. Other thumb drives I’ve used have had large plugs that have made it difficult to plug in other usb plugs next to them. Plus, they had caps that were removable and easily lost. This one has no cap, it just folds back in. It’s superthin, and won’t get in the way of other peripherals.
