This is an overdue Welcome post for our first ever non-male contributor / writer / reviewer on the JAMM site. Hurrah that we finally have a female on board, and a huge welcome to Judie to our team!

Many of you will already know Judie’s background, but just in case … She is one of the best and most widely respected writers on mobile devices and gadgets of all sorts. Her reviews are regularly quoted all over the web.  She is also a member of Mobius, and as such is recognized as a member of its "invitation-only community of the world’s most influential technology pundits and online writers". She now runs the excellent Gear Diary site – which is not only a great place for the very best in mobile reviews, but also in Judie’s words: a location to discover various types of “gear", whatever that term may end up implying …

I have certainly admired and enjoyed Judie’s writing for a very long time, and I have a feeling many of you have as well. So we are more than pleased – very, very pleased in fact – and honored to have her as a contributor here!

Since joining us, Judie has already contributed a great review of the latest version of Pocket Informant, a piece on ‘Possibly The Prettiest Laptop Bags’, and several other great posts. Check them out HERE.
