Woohoo! According to Brighthand, Microsoft has made a killing with Microsoft Windows Mobile licensing with an increase of 75%! With over 11 million licenses sold in the last 12 months, I’d say that Apple’s iPhone just can’t Touch this (ok, really poor choice of pun =P).

So what made Microsoft so successful? With the release of Windows Mobile 6 as well as totally superb devices such as the Touch, Dash, Mogul (which Doug Goldring recently reviewed), and BlackJack, Microsoft just simply slams the competition. For mobile developers, this certainly is great time to write code for the Windows Mobile platform – is this the new computer revolution? Oooooo…..
