Proporta’s GPS Protective Carry Case – The Review
I am one of those who throw my bluetooth gps receiver into my center console after its use and forget about it. And when Proporta offered me a test drive of their GPS Protective Carry Case, I opted for the small one, thinking my receiver would swim around in a medium (4.85" x 3.9" x 3"), but that’s what I received.

Hmmmm. Medium might be a big, uh, huge. Then I remembered that I have a charger. Duh! Though I probably could have squeezed it all into the small (3.9" x 3.3" x 2.3"), the medium was quite comfy. Check it out:

The inside is nicely padded. The outside is made of a tough, canvas material.

As you can see from the picture above, there is still a little more room left. The cap of the case extends the case another inch or so.

Here it is above, fully closed. Plenty of room. I didn’t realize how scratched up my gps receiver was until I started storing it in the Proporta GPS Protective Carry Case. These units contain high tech circuitry and are expensive to replace. Certainly, Proporta has come up with a winner here.
The cases are available in the following sizes:
Small: 100mm (width) x 85mm (height) x 60mm (depth)
Medium: 125mm (width) x 100mm (height) x 80mm (depth)
Large: 140mm (width) x 100mm (height) x 35mm (depth)
All of them are $20.95 each.
