RIP: Yahoo! Photos
Ever since Yahoo! acquired Flickr, their own photo system has been neglected. Now the change will be permanent as Yahoo! Photos will be no more. The service will be discontinued Thursday, September 20, 2007, at 9 p.m. PDT. After that time, any photos remaining in Yahoo! Photos will be deleted.
So, if you are a user of Yahoo! Photos, please remember to download your images or move them over to Flickr or another photo alternative.
Rest in peace Yahoo! Photos…..
