Vispa – Tweak Windows Vista without RegEdit!

vispa_for_vista

jkOnTheRun found an interesting piece of software. It involves addressing various Windows Vista disk issues. Instead of manually delving in with regedit, you can now use a program that will make those registry changes for you. This freeware offering can disable Vista’s prefetching and requires no installation. Vispa even offers a way to revert changes. As always, messing with the registry is dangerous, so make sure you grab a backup before you start toying this.
