I received an extremely exciting email today.  Jim Karpen from Smartphone and Pocket PC Magazine wrote to tell me that JAMM has been added to the Smartphone and Pocket PC Magazine "Best Sites" list.  This is a huge accomplishment for us, and it comes almost exactly on JAMM’s first birthday.

Of course, we never would have gotten this far if it were not for our fantastic and diverse staff here at JAMM.  So, let me introduce them for you.  Of course, you know I am the News and Review Editor.  Also here at JAMM are:

• Patrick: Our founder and the heart and soul of JAMM
• Brandon (aka Netsyd): whose infamous rants keep even us guessing
• Charlie (NoWire):Site Artist and "Bringer of Good Humor
• Timothy: He makes sure we never forget that JAMM is a NEWS Site
• Steve: The only guy I know who can get away with posting a story about 14-year cicadas on a technology site
• Ravi: He won so many JAMM contests, we made him join the staff.
• Karl: We just call him PocketBrain
• Judie: Madam Gear Diary…our newest addition to the JAMM staff

So, please a big round of applause for these folks.  JAMM would be nothing without each of their significant accomplishments.  Also, I want to thank all of the developers and retailers who provide JAMM with hardware and software for our reviews, as well as supplying all of the prizes for our contests. 

Finally, last but absolutely not least, I want to thank all of you.  Without our community of readers – both the regular readers and those who just drop by from time to time – there would be no point to any of this.  We are here for you guys, and we would never have received this recognition without the support of our readers and community.  This site is here for you, so please, if you have any suggestions at all about the site or about a particular piece of software or accessory you would like us to review, let us know by sending an email to admin [at] justanothermobilemonday.com (replace the [at] with a "@".
