Spb Software House Releases Six New Mini Games
I love puzzle games. There is no better way to spend the long commute than working a complicated puzzle on my Axim (well, maybe there are a few better ways, but I will leave that to your imagination). Now, Spb Software House, one of the leading Windows Mobile software developer, has released six intelligent mini games for Pocket PC, including Spb Sudoku, Spb Numbers, Spb Quadronica, Spb Minesweeper II, Spb Matches and Spb Balltracker. Fans of Spb Brain Evolution might recognize these as full versions of some of the games introduced by Spb in that package.
All six of these games are fun and addictive. In fact, when I reviewed Spb Brain Evolution here at JAMM, I referred to their version of Sudoku as one of the best, so I am thrilled to see it as a standalone game. Likewise, Spb Numbers and Spb Matches are two of the most original puzzle games I have ever seen for the Pocket PC platform.

Spb Sudoku — the famous puzzle game with thousands of levels included. It is a logic-based number placement puzzle, which has millions of fans all over the world.
Spb Minesweeper II — a well-known game. The object of the game is to clear an abstract minefield without detonating a mine.
Spb Quadronica — the game that not only trains your pattern-finding activity, but is also humorous. During the game you should identify four identical colored boxes on the field which match up to form a rectangle.
Spb Matches — a game for spending hours of free time trying to solve great matches puzzles. You definitely played this game, when yo
u were a child. Moving matchsticks you should form a predefined picture.
Spb Balltracker — a game to improve your path-finding and backtracking activities. The goal of the game is to guide the ball to the exit. You’ll need to apply strategy and patience, in order to be successful at this game, but it is very addictive.
Spb Numbers — a kind of an arithmetic game with a very addictive gameplay. Except obvious calculation skill this game requires intensive use of short memory.
All Spb Mini Games are currently available in English, French, Italian, Russian, Spanish, Czech, and Dutch. Free trial versions of the games working for 15 days with some restrictions can be downloaded, or the full versions can be purchased from www.spbsoftwarehouse.com: Spb Sudoku for 14.95 USD and the rest games for 9.95 USD.
